Our Mission:
All funds received in excess of actual costs are used to buy Life in the Spirit Study Bibles (usually hardbacks) for prisoners. "I was in prison and you visited me." Chaplains award these Bibles to inmates who participate in specific discipleship programs designed by the Chaplain. As of May 22, 2006, 14,280 Life in the Spirit Study Bibles have been sent to prisoners and chaplains. On the average, for every TWO Bibles you order, ONE Bible can be sent to a prisoner. Shipping:
All of us who serve you are volunteers. You may notice postmarks from different states on your various cases of Bibles. We operate as efficiently as possible. One of the ways we are able to maintain the low suggested offering amounts is by using the U.S. Postal Service's least expensive rate. This often takes time. To avoid disappointment, please order well before you actually need your Bibles. Thanks!

Quality Control:
Individual Bibles boxes can get damaged in shipment. However, if the box gets the Bible to you in good condition, it has done its job. Take your new Bible out and throw the box away. The Bible inside the shrink-wrap should be in excellent condition. Rarely, we find a Bible with untrimmed pages, damaged covers, broken covers (hardbacks), covers glued on upside down, blank pages, etc.

If you receive one of these manufactured mistakes or shipping casualties, you may ask for a replacement. Please provide a description of the problem and of the the Bible you received (Bonded, Top Grain, NIV, color, etc.) and mail it to Life in the Spirit Study Bible, 4111 Indian Rd, Kearney, NE 68847. It is not necessary to return the Bible. We want you to have a good quality Bible!
