Tell us about your family: I am married to a truly wonderful, beautiful, and godly lady named Sandy. We have been married for 47 yrs and she is immeasurably patient about training me. We have two adult children and six grandchildren, all serving Jesus in their local churches. Half of them are Husker fans. They are learning to forgive me for not having a favorite team.

Pets: No pets, there aren’t enough snakes and lizards in Nebraska.

Hobbies: Sandy is my favorite hobby; and she loves puzzles and games and grands…I like to build stuff and fix things.

Favorite Sports Team: Cowboys, bulls and broncs…Not the teams, the real things.

Favorite Food: Seafood – and meat.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I’ve acted in national commercials. In fact it was a beer commercial that led to my coming to know Jesus.
