A Healthy Minister is defined as a minister of the Gospel who is growing in matters of health in connection with their relational and family life, their professional life, their financial life, their emotional life, their physical well-being, their ministry skills, and their intimacy with God.
We envision a fellowship of Nebraska Network Ministers who are increasingly aware of the many factors that contribute to their personal health so that they may be proactive in addressing their own condition.
Our job is to encourage a dialogue on matters of the personal health of our ministers and to take practical steps to assist them in coming to making progress in this area.
Empowerment- To fearlessly confront these issues, Collaboration - To find answers together, Accountability - To involve ourselves with one another in accountable relationships; Connection - To remain committed to our personal and corporate health.
Healthy Minister teaching and discussion will be included in Network gatherings
Ministers encouraged to be a part of Network Groups for encouragement and accountability
Presbyter training shall be offered on Healthy Minister Subjects
Healthy Ministers resources will be gathered and shared
