Ministers Retreat will be at our Network Campground “The Crossing”. Families can enjoy different recreational activities such as; Go Carts, Pickle Ball, Archery Tag, Swimming, Disc Golf, Basketball, Mini Golf, and more!

Please register one family/individual at a time. In the Add Registrant box, DO NOT CLICK “Add Profiles.” If you are a credential minister or family member, your profile is already in the system. Just type your first and last name, and the system will bring up your profile so you can click on it.

Costs for ministers and their family members are only to cover your meal package (6 meals); there is no event fee. Guest costs include $20 for an event fee plus the meal package.

Multiple church staff members cannot be registered with a single registration/payment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Child care will be provided for 6 months through 6th grade during the services, panel/speaker discussions, and breakout sessions (four 2-hour sessions).

FOR FASTEST ON-SITE CHECK-IN, CHOOSE PAY NOW WHEN OFFERED. OTHERWISE, YOU’LL HAVE TO GO TO A REGISTRATION TABLE AT THE EVENT TO PAY.

Housing at The Crossing/Campground is located under Additional Items. Housing for each room type is limited, so register early!  For all housing types EXCEPT Ackerman Motel Rooms and Dickinson Motel Rooms, please bring your own linens, as they are not provided. If you do not need housing or will be staying at a local motel, choose No Housing Needed. (There are no room blocks reserved at local hotels. Please make your own reservations, if desired.)
