A healthy ministry exalts the name of Jesus, shares the gospel, and makes disciples. It is empowered by the Holy Spirit and is marked by faith, hope, and love. It has a clear mission, vision, values, strategy, and structure. The evidence of a healthy ministry primarily includes salvations, water baptisms, Spirit baptisms, and emerging leaders. Healthy Ministers lead HEALTHY MINISTRIES that multiply.
Every ministry in our network has messages that are inspiring, worship that’s inviting, outreach that’s inclusive, increasing finances, and raising up leaders as an inheritance for the future.
To inspire every campus in our network toward health and effectiveness through regular assessments, efforts to recalibrate, and thriving church ministries.
