A healthy ministry exalts the name of Jesus, shares the gospel, and makes disciples. It is empowered by the Holy Spirit and is marked by faith, hope, and love. It has a clear mission, vision, values, strategy, and structure. The evidence of a healthy ministry primarily includes salvations, water baptisms, Spirit baptisms, and emerging leaders. Occasionally, ministries that are healthy may not see this evidence right away. Furthermore, the size and nature of a community will have an effect on the size and nature of the outcomes.
